Akumajou Dracula: Ubawareta Kokuin - New, In Stock

«©NCSX» The vampire-killing Belmont family is on hiatus but that doesn't mean Dracula and company can relax. A new order is on the prowl and working overtime to keep the vampire hordes from running rampant. The Order of Ecclesia has taken up the duty of corralling Dracula and their agent of destruction is a young woman named Shanoa.

The new Akumajou (aka Castlevania) game introduces the Glyph System where Shanoa uses the mystical sigils to create a rapier, a throwing dagger, or more exotic armaments. Every weapon that's made from a glyph uses magic power and Shanoa will have to watch her use of certain weapons lest they consume her available MP at a rapid pace just as the undead are pressing the attack.

Ketsui Death Label + Bonus DVD - New Import, In Stock

«©NCSX» NCS didn't expect Cave's Ketsui - Kizuna Jigoku Tachi game to be revived after six years had passed since its debut in Japanese arcades. It's here today however and the game plays fast, fluid, and poses an enjoyable shmup experience on the Nintendo DS.

When we first heard of the port earlier this summer, we didn't think the NDS hardware was beefy enough to render a shooter where streaming wave after wave of bullets wash across the screen. We were skeptical but Arika has released a game that runs without any noticeable lag or slowdown. Although the coin-op original was a vertical aspect shooter, the NDS version doesn't look bad at all with its horizontal aspect screen. The most important facet for us however is the speed
of the game and we're pleased in that respect.

Soul Eater: Medusa no Inbou - New Import, In Stock

(such as Black Star, Death The Kid, and Maka) at the Shinigami Weapon Meister School who stalk normal citizens who have been corrupted and are at risk of becoming demon underlings. The game features sword slashing action which takes place on isometric stages. By using the stylus to attack, players can mix up sword thrusts, side arm slashes, and other blows. Devil Summoner: Kuzunoha Raidou tai Abaddon Ou - New Import, In Stock

«©NCSX» Hearken back to the Taisho Era of Japan (1912-1926) when Japan was ascendant on the world stage. Japan asserted its military might in Asia and leaned towards a democratic system of government. Against this backdrop, players take on the role of Raidou Kuzunoha once again who works as a detective for the Kuzunoha Detective Agency.

Raidou returns in his regulation-issue outfit which consists of a black uniform and a cape that mkes him look like a superhero train conductor of sorts. Raidou uses magic as well as a sword to battle demonic forces that are loose within Japan but he's so powerful that "one man army" describes his formidable abilities to a tee. Battle sequences are rendered in 3D where Raidou runs around and attacks with sword slashes, gunfire, and streaming magical blasts that light up the screen. NCS considers the magic effects a kind of eldritch eye candy.
A supporting cast of characters provide dramatic foil and to move the story along as Raidou's adventure unfolds.

The Standard Edition of Devil Summoner includes a Devil Summoner Soundtrack CD inside every copy of the game. The CD contains 23 music tracks which total roughly 50 minutes of listening pleasure.

Bleach Soul Carnival - New Import, In Stock

«©NCSX» The Bleach Heat the Soul games have always featured the fighters from Bleach in their normal full-bodied stature. Sony's new Bleach Soul Carnival shrinks the characters into chibi-sized renditions of themselves so they're more impish than imposing. Despite their size reduction however, the fighters still pack a wallop with their swords and spiritual force.

Bleach Soul Carnival is a 2D side-scrolling platform game which begins with Ichigo meeting Rukia and the two travel together to strike down Hollows and their bosses. A short training sequence starts the game off where Ichigo's special attacks are demonstrated. For example, to perform special attacks that use spirit power, hold the D-pad up or down and press the "Square" button. For low-level Hollows, conventional sword slashes are enough to destroy them but higher-level Hollows take a lot more damage before they're dispatched. In the first stage, Rukia serves as a supporting character who may be called upon to attack Hollows or bosses. When the second stage starts, players may choose to play as Ichigo or Rukia. At the conclusion of the second stage, you can gain
Uryƫ Ishida as a playable character if you're able to beat him in a one-on-one bout.

Sony touts a total of over 70 characters in the game so there's someone to suit everyone's preference of fighting protagonist or companion. Customers who submitted early reservations will receive a bonus Bleach Puffy Sticker strap which was given out by the publisher in 30% ratio.

Tenchu 4 - New Import, In Stock

Tenchu celebrates its 10th anniversary this year with the fourth canonical game in the series. There's been numerous Tenchu adjuncts on the NDS, PSP, mobile phones, and the Xbox 360 but only three games in the Tenchu canon thus far. The first three Tenchu games were all on Playstation consoles but the fourth game is a Wii exclusive.

Rikimaru and Ayame are back as stealth assassins who skulk in dark places and attack with sword slashes and one-hit killing blows. Tenchu 4 emphasizes the use of stealth and the game provides a bevy of shadowy places to hide, wait, and attack from.
The environments are darkly lit which also attend to a ninja's need for stealth. Unsuspecting enemies who approach Rikimaru's general vicinity but are unaware of his presence may be killed with a single killing stroke. Tenchu's original developer Acquire returns to the franchise that they built and is developing Tenchu 4 with Wii Remote and Nunchuk waving controls so players can eviscerate enemies with realistic stabbing motions. In addition to close-range slicing, Rikimaru can throw stars at enemies to wound them or kill them entirely. For fast movement from area to area, Riki and Aya can perform a barrel roll where they tumble quickly under the noses of unsuspecting targets.
