TOYS Kubrick Batman and Joker: Dark Knight Version - Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Towards the end of the Dark Knight movie, Batman and the Joker have an interaction together where Bats saves Jokey from plunging to his death. The Joker speaks, "You just couldn't let me go, could you?" followed by, "I think you and I are destined to do this forever."

With those two lines of dialogue, NCS figured out that Batman and the Joker are soul mates. They were made for each other and they really will be doing "this" forever in comic books, movies, reboot movies, and revamps that will haunt generations to come. Right there with the Batman and Joker will be toys. Kubrick Toys. Lovely toys that depict Batman in full battle armor and the Joker in a tasteful jacket with warpaint over his devious mug. Each figure measures 6cm (2.36") tall and both toys are packaged together in a window-paned cardboard box. Preorders are welcome to ship in October 2010 at JPY2800 or US$33.90 from NCS.

TOYS Kubrick Batman 1989 and Superman Returns - Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Back in 1989, American actor Michael Keaton was Batman (he was also Mr. Mom) under the direction of Tim Burton. In one scene from the movie, a thug asks, "W-what are you?" and Batman responds in a clear voice, "I'm Batman" with convincing alacrity. Kubrick celebrates Keaton's Batman with a Kubrick toy which looks pretty good with the yellow bat chestplate and a gilded utility belt. However, instead of throwing in Jack Nicholson's Joker with 1989 Batman, Medicom throws in Superman instead. Not just any Superman. The version of Superman from the poorly received Superman Returns movie. The figure bundling logic makes zero sense but we're not going to argue with Medicom's toy chops. Preorders are welcome to ship in October 2010 at JPY2800 or US$33.90 from NCS.
